Shipping policy

Shipping is based on weight and shipping via the USPS or UPS.

Orders normally ship within 3-5 business days.  If it is a custom item and/or an item we make in house, it will take 1-2 weeks to ship.  Both USPS and UPS are experiencing shipping delays.  Please allow a few extra days for your package to arrive and be mindful when ordering and needing an item by a certain date.

If an item is shipped from Owl-R-Junk Boutique to an incorrect address provided by you, the customer, then you will be responsible to pay for the item(s) to be reshipped.  We will not assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer.  Owl-R-Junk will not resume responsibility for lost or stolen package.

If your tracking shows delivered and you have not received your package, the issue must be resolved with USPS or UPS or your local law enforcement by you.  Owl-R-Junk Boutique is not responsible for your package once it leaves our care.
